§ 86.5425 — Compensation, costs and expenses of receiver

Before distribution of the assets of an insolvent limited-liability company among the creditors or members, the district court shall allow a reasonable compensation to the receiver for his or her services and the costs and expenses of the administration of the trust, and the cost of the proceedings in the court, to be first paid out of the assets.
