§ 86.481 — Exclusion of company which provides self-insurance from title 57 of NRS
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 86 Limited-Liability· LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE
A limited-liability company or its subsidiary which provides self-insurance for itself or for an affiliated limited-liability company pursuant to NRS 86.461 is not subject to the provisions of title 57 of NRS.
