§ 86.361 — Liability of persons assuming to act as company without authority
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 86 Limited-Liability· LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE
All persons who assume to act as a limited-liability company without authority to do so are jointly and severally liable for all debts and liabilities of the company.
