§ 86.281 — General powers

Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 86 Limited-Liability· OPERATION

A limited-liability company organized and existing pursuant to this chapter, or any series thereof, may exercise the powers and privileges granted by this chapter and may:

1.Sue and be sued, complain and defend, in its name;
2.Purchase, take, receive, lease or otherwise acquire, own, hold, improve, use and otherwise deal in and with real or personal property, or an interest in it, wherever situated;
3.Sell, convey, mortgage, pledge, lease, exchange, transfer and otherwise dispose of all or any part of its property and assets;
4.Lend money to and otherwise assist its members;
5.Purchase, take, receive, subscribe for or otherwise acquire, own, hold, vote, use, employ, sell, mortgage, lend, pledge or otherwise dispose of, and otherwise use and deal in and with shares, member’s interests
