§ 86.131 — Applicability of chapter to foreign and interstate commerce

The provisions of this chapter apply to commerce with foreign nations and among the several states. It is the intention of the Legislature by enactment of this chapter that the legal existence of limited-liability companies formed under this chapter, and any series thereof, be recognized beyond the limits of this State and that, subject to any reasonable requirement of registration, any such company transacting business outside this State be granted protection of full faith and credit under Section 1 of Article IV of the Constitution of the United States.
