§ 82.511 — Abatement of actions against receivers
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 82 Nonprofit· INSOLVENCY; INVOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION
No action against a receiver of a corporation abates by reason of the receiver’s death, but, upon suggestion of the facts on the record, must be continued against the receiver’s successor, or against the corporation in case no new receiver be appointed.
