§ 80.095 — Suspension of statute of limitations for failure to comply

Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 80 Foreign· SUITS AGAINST FOREIGN CORPORATIONS

The benefit of NRS 80.090 shall be suspended during any period or periods when the corporation is in default in complying with the requirements of NRS 80.090; and no such corporation can maintain any action or proceeding in any court of this State while so in default.
