§ 80.050 — Fees

Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 80 Foreign· QUALIFICATION

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, foreign corporations shall pay the same fees to the Secretary of State as are required to be paid by corporations organized pursuant to the laws of this State, but the amount of fees to be charged must not exceed:

(a)The sum of $35,000 for filing records for initial qualification; or
(b)The sum of $34,925 for each subsequent filing of a certificate increasing authorized capital stock. 2. If the corporate records required to be filed set forth only the total number of shares of stock the corporation is authorized to issue without reference to value, the authorized shares shall be deemed to be without par value and the filing fee must be computed pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 3 of NRS 78.760 . 3.
