§ 78B.140 — Creation of general and specific public benefits; required and optional provisions of articles of incorporation
2.In addition to the provisions required to be stated in the articles of incorporation pursuant to NRS 78.035 , the articles of incorporation of a benefit corporation must contain a statement that the corporation is a benefit corporation. The articles of incorporation may identify the creation of one or more specific public benefits as a purpose or as purposes of the benefit corporation.
