§ 78.090 — Registered agent required; address of registered office; powers of bank or corporation who is registered agent; penalty for noncompliance; service upon and delivery to registered agent in lieu of corporation

1. Every corporation must have a registered agent who resides or is located in this State. Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 77.300 , each registered agent must have a street address for receiving service of process, which is the registered office of the corporation in this State. If the registered agent is in the business of acting as a registered agent for more than one business entity, the physical street address of the registered office must be in a location for which such use is not prohibited by any local ordinance. The registered agent may have a separate mailing address such as a post office box, which may be different from the street address. 2. If the registered agent is a bank or corporation, it may:
