§ 77.155 — “Nonresident guardian” defined

Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 77 Model· GENERAL PROVISIONS
“Nonresident guardian” means a person who is not a resident of this State and who is appointed as guardian for a protected person pursuant to NRS 159.0613. As used in this section, “guardian” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 159.017.
