Nevada Statutes
§ 72.010 — Deposits of money in lieu of required undertakings
In all civil cases arising in justice courts wherein an undertaking is required, the plaintiff or defendant may deposit with the justice a sum of money equal to the amount required by the undertaking, which sum of money shall be taken as security in place of the undertaking.
