Text
The Secretary of State may require a governmental agency of this State or a governmental agency of a political subdivision of this State, as a condition of participation in the state business portal established pursuant to chapter 75A of NRS, to send and accept electronic records and electronic signatures to and from other persons and otherwise create, generate, communicate, store, process, use and rely upon electronic records and electronic signatures.
