§ 71.040 — Arresting officer must give notice of arrest to plaintiff

Nevada·Title 6 JUSTICE COURTS AND CIVIL PROCEDURE THEREIN·Ch. 71 Provisional· ARREST AND BAIL
The officer making the arrest must immediately give notice thereof to the plaintiff or the plaintiff’s attorney or agent, and endorse on the summons, and subscribe a certificate, stating the time of serving the same, the time of the arrest and of giving notice to the plaintiff.
