Text

1. Each autonomous vehicle network company shall:

(a)Keep uniform and detailed accounts of all business transacted in this State and provide such accounts to the Authority upon request;
(b)On or before May 15 of each year, provide an annual report to the Authority regarding all business conducted by the company in this State during the preceding calendar year; and
(c)Provide the information determined by the Authority to be necessary to verify the collection of money owed to the State. 2. The Authority shall adopt regulations setting forth the form and contents of the information required to be provided pursuant to subsection 1. 3.
