Text

1. If the Authority determines that a transportation network company, driver or monitored autonomous vehicle provider has violated the terms of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter or any provision of this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant thereto, the Authority may, depending on whether the violation was committed by the company, the driver, both the company and the driver or both the company and the monitored autonomous vehicle provider:

(a)If the Authority determines that the violation is willful and endangers public safety, suspend or revoke the permit issued to the transportation network company;
(b)If the Authority determines that the violation is willful and endangers public safety, impose against the transportation network company an administrative fine in an amount
