Text

A monitored autonomous vehicle provider who provides transportation services using a monitored autonomous vehicle is liable in tort for any damages arising out of the provision of transportation services in the same manner and to the same extent as if the monitored autonomous vehicle provider were a driver providing transportation services using a motor vehicle.
