Text

1. A certificate holder shall maintain at the certificate holder’s principal place of business:

(a)A record of the make and serial number of each taxicab;

(b)A maintenance record for each taxicab; and

(c)A copy of the medical certificates of each of the certificate holder’s drivers. 2. The records of a certificate holder shall be open for inspection by the Administrator or the Taxicab Authority at any reasonable time.
