Text
The Authority and its inspectors may, upon halting a person for a violation of the provisions of NRS 706.386 or 706.421, move the person’s vehicle or cause it to be moved to the nearest garage or other place of safekeeping until it is removed in a manner which complies with the provisions of this chapter.
