The Authority: 1. Shall revoke or suspend, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the certificate of public convenience and necessity of a common motor carrier which has failed to:

(a)File the annual report required by NRS 706.167 within 60 days after the report is due; or

(b)Operate as a carrier of intrastate commerce in this State under the terms and conditions of its certificate, Ê unless the carrier has obtained the prior permission of the Authority. 2. May revoke or suspend, pursuant to the provisions of NRS 706.2885 , the certificate of public convenience and necessity of a common motor carrier which has failed to comply with any provision of this chapter or any regulation of the Authority adopted pursuant thereto.
