Text

All money collected by the Department under the provisions of NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Motor Vehicle Fund. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and NRS 482.180 and 482.181, all money collected under the provisions of NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, must be used for the construction, maintenance and repair of the public highways of this State.
