Text

Any decision or action by the Authority which:

1.Has the effect of substantially impairing, restricting or rescinding the ability or authorization of a fully regulated motor carrier to operate in this State; or

2.Refuses an applicant the ability or authorization to operate as a fully regulated motor carrier in this State, Ê is a final decision for the purpose of chapter 233B of NRS and may be appealed directly to a court of competent jurisdiction for judicial review.
