Text

“Driveaway-towaway” transportation means the driving of a motor vehicle in transit, singly under its own power, or in lawful combination by the tow bar, saddle mount or combinations thereof, or where a trailer or semitrailer in transit is being towed or drawn, and in the process of delivery.
