Text
Any railroad or officer of a railroad who violates the provisions of NRS 705.415 is liable to the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada for a civil penalty of:
1.Not less than $5,000 for the first violation;
2.Not more than $10,000 for the second violation within 3 years of the first violation; and
3.Not more than $25,000 for a third and any subsequent violation within 3 years of the first violation.
