1.It shall be unlawful for any railroad doing business in the State of Nevada, or any officer, agent or servant of such railroad, to require any conductor, engineer, brakeman, fireman or any other employee, as a condition of the employee’s continued employment, or otherwise to require or compel or attempt to require or compel any such employee to purchase of any such railroad, or of any particular person, firm or corporation, or at any particular place or places, any uniform or other clothing or apparel, required by any such railroad to be used by any such employee in the performance of the employee’s duty.
