Text

The Commission, in its discretion, may dispense with the hearing on the application if, upon the expiration of the time fixed in the notice thereof, no protest against the granting of the permit has been filed by or in behalf of any interested party. The conduct of the hearing shall be the same as set forth in the applicable Rules of Practice and Procedure before the Commission.
