Text
Every order refusing or granting any certificates of public convenience, or granting or refusing permission to discontinue, modify or restrict service, as provided in NRS 704.3296 to 704.410, inclusive, is prima facie lawful from the date of the order until changed or modified by the order of the Commission or pursuant to NRS 703.373 to 703.376, inclusive.
