Text

“Nevada Clean Energy Fund” or “Fund” means the independent, nonprofit corporation established pursuant to NRS 701B.985 to provide money to promote investments in and increase significantly the pace and amount of investment in qualified clean energy projects in this State and to carry out the provisions of NRS 701B.930 to 701B.995, inclusive.
