1. After reviewing an application submitted pursuant to NRS 701B.250 and ensuring that the applicant meets the qualifications and requirements to be eligible to participate in the Solar Program, a utility shall select the applicant for participation in the Solar Program, subject to the limitations prescribed by NRS 701B.005 . 2. Not later than 30 days after the date on which the utility selects an applicant, the utility shall provide written notice of the selection to the applicant. 3. After the utility selects an applicant to participate in the Solar Program, the utility shall approve the solar energy system proposed by the applicant.
