Text
Nothing in this chapter prohibits the division of rates and charges between or among:
1.A title insurer and its agent;
2.Two or more title insurers;
3.One or more title insurers and one or more title agents; or
4.Two or more title agents,
Ê if the division of rates and charges does not constitute an unlawful rebate under the laws of this State.
