Text

1.If travel insurance is marketed directly to a prospective purchaser by an insurer through the Internet website of the insurer or by a person through an aggregator site, the insurer or person may provide on the Internet website or aggregator site an accurate summary or short description of the travel insurance coverage, so long as the prospective purchaser has access to the full provisions of the policy of travel insurance by electronic means.
2.If a producer of limited lines travel insurance or travel retailer offers a trip or travel package to a prospective purchaser and the destination jurisdiction of the prospective purchaser requires travel insurance coverage, the producer of limited lines travel insurance or travel retailer may require the prospective purchaser, as a condition of
