Text
A person shall not sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance or a travel protection plan on an individual or group basis using a negative option or opt out process that requires a person who purchases a trip to take an affirmative action to refuse travel insurance coverage, including, without limitation, unchecking a box on an electronic form.
