A travel retailer who offers and disseminates travel insurance shall make available to each prospective purchaser a brochure or other written material that has been approved by the insurer providing the travel insurance and which, at a minimum:

1.Provides the identity and contact information of the insurer and the producer of limited lines travel insurance;
2.Explains that the purchase of travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other product or service of the travel retailer; and
3.Explains that a travel retailer who is not a licensed producer of insurance may provide only general information about the travel insurance offered by the travel retailer, including a description of the coverage and price, but is not qualified or authorized to answer technical questions abou
