Text
A creditor shall, within 14 business days after a request by the Commissioner, make available to the Commissioner for inspection any accounts, books and records concerning any guaranteed asset protection waiver sold or offered for sale by the creditor which are reasonably necessary to enable the Commissioner to determine whether the creditor is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
