Text
1. A provider shall, within 30 days after ceasing doing business in this State, notify the Commissioner and each holder of an unexpired service contract in writing of the fact that the provider has ceased doing business in this State. 2. The provisions of this section do not:
(a)Render a service contract void pursuant to NRS 690C.250 ;
(b)Cancel a service contract pursuant to NRS 690C.270 ; or
(c)Release the provider from any liability imposed by a violation of any provision of this chapter.
