1. A monitored autonomous vehicle provider shall ensure that proof of coverage under a policy of transportation network company insurance is contained within the monitored autonomous vehicle of the monitored autonomous vehicle provider at all times when the monitored autonomous vehicle provider is operating the monitored autonomous vehicle. 2. If the monitored autonomous vehicle of a monitored autonomous vehicle provider is involved in an accident or motor vehicle crash, the monitored autonomous vehicle provider shall ensure that any law enforcement officer and any party with whom the monitored autonomous vehicle is involved in the accident or motor vehicle crash is provided with:
