Text
The net purchase price of the preneed contract shall be available to the buyer or the estate or heirs of the buyer at any time prior to performing the service described in the preneed contract upon written notice to the seller and trustee of the intent of the buyer or the estate or heirs of the buyer to terminate the preneed contract and withdraw trust funds attributable to the buyer.
