Text
A viatical settlement investment agent shall not:
1.Have knowledge of the identity of; or
2.Communicate either directly or indirectly with,
Ê a viator or an insured whose policy of insurance is the object of a viatical settlement for which the viatical settlement investment agent solicits or arranges for the funding for the purchase.
