Text
There is no liability, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against any member insurer, the Association, its agents or employees, the Board of Directors, the Commissioner or the representatives of the Commissioner, for any reasonable action taken, or any failure to act, by them in the performance of their duties and powers under this chapter.
