Text
If the Association pays any claims on behalf of an insurer which is an insolvent insurer within the meaning of subsection 2 of NRS 687A.035, the insurer may not accept any new business in this state until it has reimbursed the Association for the payment of the claims, including the administrative expenses incurred by the Association in acting upon and paying the claims.
