Text

“Consumer credit report” means any written, oral or other communication of information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on the credit worthiness, credit standing or credit capacity of an applicant or policyholder, and which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor to determine:

1.Whether to issue, cancel or renew a policy; or
2.The amount of the premium for a policy.
