1. An order issued pursuant to NRS 685B.170 may be reviewed pursuant to NRS 679B.370 . 2. Such an order becomes final:

(a)Upon the expiration of the time for taking an appeal, if no petition for review has been filed; or
(b)Upon the final decision of the court.
