Text

1. The Commissioner may adopt reasonable regulations, consistent with the provisions of this chapter, for any of the following purposes:

(a)Effectuation of the law;
(b)Establishment of procedures through which determination is to be made as to the eligibility of particular proposed coverages for export;
(c)Establishment of procedures for the operation of a nonprofit organization of brokers designed to assist brokers in complying with the provisions of this chapter; and
(d)The use of electronic signatures and the acceptance and transmission of electronic records and payments, including transactions involving claims and other transactions relating to surplus lines insurance. 2. Such regulations carry the penalty provided by NRS 679B.130 .
