1. In addition to other grounds therefor, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke any surplus lines broker’s license:

(a)If the broker fails to file the quarterly statement or to remit the tax as required by NRS 685A.175 and 685A.180 ;
(b)If the broker fails to maintain an office in this state or in the state where the broker was issued a license as a resident broker, or to keep the records, or to allow the Commissioner to examine his or her records as required by this chapter, or if the broker removes his or her records from the state; or
(c)If this State is the insured’s home state and the broker places a surplus lines coverage in an insurer other than as authorized under this chapter. 2. Upon suspending or revoking the broker’s surplus lines license the Commissioner may also suspend o
