Text
The Commissioner shall not reinstate the adjuster’s license of or relicense any licensee or former licensee whose license has been suspended or revoked until any cause for such suspension or revocation, not being a cause continuing in character, arising after issuance of the license no longer exists, or until any fine theretofore levied on the licensee under NRS 684A.240 or 684A.250 has been fully paid.
