Text

1. In the event of death or inability to act as a licensed independent adjuster, the Commissioner may issue a temporary license as an independent adjuster to another individual qualified therefor except as to the taking and passing of the required examination, to enable such individual to continue the business of the deceased licensee or the licensee who has a disability. 2. The temporary license shall be valid for 6 months, or until the temporary licensee earlier qualifies for a regular license as an independent adjuster. 3. A temporary license issued pursuant to this section may be renewed for one additional period of 180 days if:

(a)The temporary licensee, on or before a date specified by the Commissioner as the last day on which the temporary license is renewable, submits to the Commi
