1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an individual who holds a license as an adjuster must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 24 hours of courses of continuing education, of which 3 hours must be in ethics, which are reported to the Commissioner as a condition for the renewal of his or her license. 2. This section does not apply to an individual who:
(a)Holds a nonresident license as an adjuster; and
(b)Has met the continuing education requirements of his or her home state.
