Text

1. A person licensed as a producer of insurance shall not sell, solicit or negotiate continuous care coverage unless the person is licensed as a producer of:

(a)Accident and health insurance and casualty insurance; or
(b)Accident and health insurance and has received approval from the Commissioner to market continuous care coverage. 2. A person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is subject to an administrative fine pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 683A.201 .
