Text

If insurance covering the losses described in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 683A.1855 is required as a condition of a rental agreement, that requirement may be satisfied by an occupant or a prospective occupant:

1.Purchasing personal property storage insurance from the licensee; or
2.Presenting to the owner of the facility evidence of other applicable insurance coverage.
