Text

1. Each applicant for a license as a managing general agent must submit with his or her application:

(a)The appointment of the applicant as a managing general agent by each insurer or underwriter department to be so represented;
(b)The application and license fee specified in NRS 680B.010 and, in addition to any other fee or charge, all applicable fees required pursuant to NRS 680C.110 ;
(c)A copy of any contract entered into between the applicant and each insurer that the applicant will represent as a managing general agent, if required by the Commissioner; and
(d)Evidence of compliance with NRS 683A.165 . 2. Each applicant must, as part of his or her application and at the applicant’s own expense:
(a)Arrange to have a complete set of his or her fingerprints taken by a law enforcemen
